I provide telehealth therapy for individuals and, when appropriate, include their family members in the process, while maintaining the individual as the identified client. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and typically lasts between 45 to 60 minutes.

Chastety Ivaniuk
Licensed Psychotherapist
Hi, I’m Chastety (Chas) Ivaniuk, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and bilingual English/Spanish therapist. I founded Renewed Purpose Therapy with a mission to create a healing space rooted in empathy, cultural understanding, and trauma-informed care. My journey into mental health began with a deep curiosity about the human mind, our relationships, and the stories that shape us. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, followed by two master’s degrees—one in Social Work from Boston University and another in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
ContinuedHow I can Help

Trauma
Whether from a single event or ongoing experiences—can leave lasting emotional wounds. It can affect your sense of safety, trust, and self-worth. Therapy offers a path to process trauma at your pace, restore your sense of self, and reclaim your life with strength and compassion.

Anxiety
Anxiety can feel like constant worry, restlessness, or fear that’s hard to control. It can impact your sleep, focus, and relationships. Therapy can help you understand your anxiety, develop tools to manage it, and create a greater sense of calm and control.

Depression
Depression can bring feelings of sadness, emptiness, and a loss of motivation. It may feel like you're disconnected from yourself and others. Therapy provides a supportive space to explore your emotions, rebuild hope, and move toward healing and renewed energy.

Addiction
Addiction can feel isolating and overwhelming, impacting every part of your life. Whether you’re seeking recovery for yourself or supporting a loved one, therapy offers a nonjudgmental space to explore the roots of addiction, develop healthier coping strategies, and support lasting change.

Grief
Grief is a natural but painful response to loss, whether it's the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or other major life changes. Therapy can help you navigate the complex emotions of grief, find ways to honor your loss, and move forward with healing and hope.

Stress Management
Stress is a normal part of life, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can take a toll on your physical and emotional health. Through therapy, you can learn practical skills to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and build resilience to better handle life’s challenges.

How it Works
Connect & Understand
We’ll begin by getting to know you—your story, strengths, challenges, and goals. This first step is all about building trust and creating a safe space where you feel heard and supported.
Identify What Matters Most
Together, we’ll clarify what you want to work on—whether it’s managing stress, healing from trauma, improving relationships, or building healthier habits. Your goals will guide the direction of our work.
Collaborate & Take Action
With your goals in focus, we’ll create a plan that feels manageable and meaningful. Through ongoing support, we’ll work side by side to navigate challenges and build lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
